Coastal Surfacing specializes in waterproofing decks, below grade waterproofing, basement leak repairs, decorative overlay, and industrial flooring.

Our waterproofing system is a solvent free, single component, liquid applied, water catalyzed, polyurethane elastomeric waterproofing base membrane. We install the flashing and staple a metal lath to the deck and then notch trowel the membrane approximately 1/4" thick. The waterproofing membrane is self-leveling. We then broadcast sand for a non-slip surface and top coat with elastomeric paint.

Using a polymerized microtoppong coating we are able to create a decorative look with a variety of textures and coloring techniques. While our decorative overlay has the appearance of concrete, it is flexible, resilient and easy to clean. We offer simulated tile, flagstone, and monolithic microtopping as a cost effective solution to tile and stone.
