Termite Inspection, Eradication, Repairs and Control
Brezden Pest Control takes pride in our termite repairs. We employ our own in-house, fully-licensed Termite Repair Crew. All work is guaranteed in writing and completed to your satisfaction. Termite repairs consist of complete or partial removal and replacement of wood members damaged by termites or fungi.

Bird Control and Exclusion
Cliff Swallows - Pigeons - Seagulls, etc: Bird netting is installed using stainless steel hardware where the birds nest to exclude them from their nesting/resting areas. No harm is done to the birds. When controlling pigeons a trap is set to catch the pigeons. The pigeons are released at a different location.

Bat Control and Exclusion
A thorough inspection is made of the property to determine the extent of the infestation. Bat netting is then installed at the area(s) of bat entry in a manner that allows the nesting bats to exit their den at dusk. Upon their return during the night or at dawn, the bats are unable to enter their den, forcing them to relocate. Approximately 1 week after the installation of the netting, our Technician returns to shore up the area(s) where the bats were nesting.

Rodent Control and Exclusion
A thorough inspection is made of the property to determine the extent of the infestation and why and how the rodents are entering the structure. Control of rodents (mice and rats) is achieved by using baits in tamper-proof bait stations, snap traps, live traps, and by exclusion. Suggestions are made to the property occupant as to what the occupant can do to prevent further rodent infestation.

Dead Animal Removal 
At times animals such as possums, raccoons and other animals become a problem to the property occupant. In cases as these, our Technician will remove the dead animal for disposal.
