Simply Clear Marketing, Inc.

Simply Clear Marketing, Inc is an event management and marketing company.  SCMI currently produces 6 very successful trade show events and is currently expanding its events and services.  SCMI produces the San Luis Obispo Home Shows,  the SLO County Health and Fitness Expo, the Paso Robles Fall Home Show, and the Monterey County Home Shows .  The San Luis Obispo Home Show takes place every May and September at the Alex Madonna Expo Center.  The Paso Robles Fall Home Show takes place in September of every year at the Paso Robles Fairgrounds.  The Monterey County Home Shows take place every April and October at the Monterey Fairgrounds.  Our Home Shows are designed to create an environment for consumers to find the products and services they need to create the home of their dreams.   The SLO County Health and Fitness Expo takes place every January at the Alex Madonna Expo Center and is designed to bring together local health, fitness and wellness professionals in an effort to help further the education and involvement of the community in their health.

SCMI was founded in 2005 by Heather Osgood, Brian Osgood, Lani Colhouer and Bret Colhouer.  All are equal partners in the company.  Heather and Lani spend a great amount of time focusing on the daily operations of the business, while Brian and Bret both contribute input and direction for the company.  The company mission is to help small businesses grow by connecting them with potential clients through events and marketing.

Lani Colhouer   
As a founder of Simply Clear Marketing,Inc., Lani Colhouer is passionate about marketing and events. She was raised in the San Luis Obispo County and loves the area. Her background includes event management, advertising, marketing and sales, and exhibiting at international trade shows.  She loves to work with small businesses and help them grow.

Heather Osgood  
Heather Osgood is one of the owners and founders of Simply Clear Marketing, Inc.  Heather has worked in advertising and marketing for over ten years with a background in radio and newspaper advertising.  She has worked with thousands of small business to address their specific needs in marketing and promotion.  She had studied marketing and has a passion for helping businesses grow.  Heather served on the Morro Bay City Promotions Committee for over seven years, helping the city grow it marketing campaigns to attract tourist to the city.  She is a graduate of Leadership SLO Class XIV and has been an active participant in Chambers of Commerce in San Luis Obispo as well as a past board member of the Central Coast Natural History Association.  

Jenee Arends
Jenee Arends joined the Simply Clear Marketing team in September 2009 as a Sales & Marketing Director. Jenee holds several degrees from UCDavis in Interior Architecture, Graphic Design, Human Development and Managerial Economics. Her work experience in the construction and business industries aids in her understanding of client goals and how to help them achieve their maximum potential through Home or Health & Fitness events. Jenee has an ongoing passion for appreciating, supporting and improving her local community. She was a member of Leadership SLO’s class XV and continuously gives her time to help Habitat for Humanity, CASA, the Women’s Network of San Luis Obispo and various other non-profit organizations in the county. In her spare time, Jenee likes to hike, kayak, travel and enjoy great food with her family and friends.

Jessica Micklus
Jessica has been with Simply Clear Marketing, Inc. since November 2009 as a Sales and Marketing Director. She graduated from Cal Poly in 2008 with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management. Jessica also has a passion for community outreach. She has volunteered with the Food Bank Coalition of SLO County, Georgia Brown Elementary School, Habitat for Humanity, various local homeless shelters, and is always looking for more opportunities to help the local community. In her free time, she enjoys the active lifestyle. Some of her favorite activities are skiing, running, and hiking.  She completed her first sprint triathlon last year and hopes to complete a marathon and learn to surf in 2010!

Kelley Redmon
Kelley has been with SImply Clear Marketing since December of 2009 as the Administative Assistant.  She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2005 with a BA in Speech Communication with a minor in Advertising.  Since then she has been working in advertising and marketing and enjoys working with clients and making sure all of their needs are met.  In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, wine tasting, and taking her dogs to the beach.
